The writers on the team were very friendly over email since the whole thing was remote. I liked that it was remote and that I could choose what stories to write depending on what wasn't already written.
What I wish was different
I wish it would have been paid. The workload was not too heavy as it was usually one article per day for five days a week, but it can be time consuming to find reliable sources and write the stories in a non-plagiarized way that sticks to the facts while finding your creative voice. Also since it was unpaid and the work could pile up, it was hard to find motivation amongst other things you may have going on,
Advice
To manage your time well, but also know your worth. You can definitely grow in different ways in this role despite not having much room to advance your position, but since it is unpaid you have to find your own motivating factors.

This job was very enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the team oriented atmosphere and the ability to work remotely.

I wish that I could have had more time to write some articles. The fast pace schedule of writing for this company truly kept me on my toes.
Advice
I would definitely get used to writing about the facts. The editors truly love when the writing matches up with the event in a creative truth based way.

When running on a deadline it is best to submit your work one day prior to the deadline because it shows them bow dedicated you are to them and how serious you are with your work.
