HR Executive Sourcing Intern (January - July 2022)
About this Job:
Esurgi is looking for a motivated and self-driven Advisor Search Intern from January 2022 to June/July 2022. The incumbent will be responsible for finding advisors and consultants for an early stage company. This role is ideal for those who want to sure up their executive interaction, sourcing, or VCs experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reach out to healthcare and health tech thought leaders, key opinion leaders, angel investors, and to past successful founders
- Responsible for an executive search. Aggressively perform outreach, most notably cold-outreach (email, LinkedIn, Google or even industry and role-specific boards, and social media).
- Develop and execute the sourcing strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Seeking a master’s in a relevant field, prefer those who are working or completed on advanced degrees; experience in consulting or investment (VC) companies preferred
- Ability to read and interact with people successfully, have a resilient personality and self-motivated

About our Internships: An archetypical internship at Esurgi is essentially a special project in the work setting. The interns will be assigned a mentor with an executive background. The intern will be assigned objectives, and assigned realistic interdisciplinary projects within the Esurgi sphere. The intern and mentor will meet regularly to review the progress and plan of the intern.
